Thanks to Google Meet and smart phones, my clients can bring me into their home improvement projects or construction sites. Get a prescription for the exact forensic tests you need, and the likely prioritization of improvements, and get connected with contractors local to your area who can deliver performance.

There is a one-hour minimum, and my rate is $200/hour.  I’m generally booked a week in advance – I can guarantee you an appointment within 24 hours if you need it but emergency pricing is $400/hr. Looking forward to working with you.
