Tier 4

The Model Package

BUILDING SHELL, HEALTH & SAFETY, HVAC, MODELING

Think of your house like a big puzzle with two main pieces: the outside structure (like walls, roof, doors and windows) and the inside machinery (like heating and cooling systems). How well these pieces fit together (how well they are tuned to one another) affects how comfy your home feels. To really understand what’s up with your house, you need to check both parts to make sure they’re working well together. This options tests both parts and models savings.

Calculate – energy savings

  • Energy Modeling. What upgrades make the most financial sense?

Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered just that. I wanted an audit to help me make future remodeling/upgrade decisions. He was so thorough and his report and follow-on meeting gave me so much data to help me make informed decisions moving forward. Now I have the resources and can even make some small immediate changes while I figure out the bigger projects that will make my home safer, more comfortable and energy efficient. Highly recommend for anyone’s home.
